REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL LIFT TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED ONLINE, ARE DATE SPECIFIC AND NON REFUNDABLE.
There are limited daily capacities, so the earlier you buy the better the assurance.  Same-day ticket purchases may not be available.

TICKET DATE CHANGE POLICY:  All daily tickets unable to be used on the original date of issuance may be switched ONCE to another day of your choosing provided we have “snowcheck availability” for that new date.  You must call before the end of business day the day prior to your original booked date to reschedule at (607) 326-3500.  THERE WILL BE NO “DAY OF” RESCHEDULING OF TICKETS.  If rescheduling is not completed in the proper time frame, tickets will be considered expired.  Expired tickets hold no value and will not be honored.

If you or anyone in your group is experiencing covid-19 symptoms, please contact our offices at (607) 326-3500 and we will work with you to reschedule your tickets to another day OR provide a voucher(s) good for the 2021/22 season.
