Refund Policy

Purchasing lift tickets and packages online is a simple and convenient way to reduce the amount of time you spend preparing for your ski outing, and increasing the amount of time you spend on the slopes. It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly select the items they wish to purchase, to accurately enter required information, and to submit requested purchases within the designated period. If a customer needs to add items or services to an order, simply place a new order. Existing orders cannot have items or services added.

Season Passes: All season pass purchases are final, and not refundable. In the case of a medical situation, please contact our office.
Snow School: All lessons are non-refundable /non-transferable.There are NO REFUNDS (cash or credit) for withdrawal from program and/or for equipment rental. $10 administrative fee for all late registrations and any changes made to registration form. No credit or make-up will be given for missed or partial lessons.
Private Lessons: A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect (payment is non-refundable/transferable if lesson is cancelled in this timeframe or not attended). Outside of this window, a lesson may be rescheduled or refunded.

Any checks returned for insufficient funds will be accessed a $25 fee.
